Public organization “Creative Elite of Ukraine” (NGO “TEU”) was registered on May 2, 2018.

Purpose and activities

The purpose of the organization is to unite creative people of all professions for the development of all spheres of public life in Ukraine, the exercise and protection of rights and freedoms, the satisfaction of public interests, including economic, social, cultural, environmental and other interests.

The main activities of the Organization are:

  • Involvement of persons who demonstrate high intellectual, academic, creative abilities in public life;
  • Creating and developing opportunities for all to create, access and share information and knowledge, enabling individuals and communities to reach their full potential;
  • Promoting Wikipedia and other projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc .;
  • Creation and promotion of Internet resources, establishment of print media, which provide creative people with tools and resources for further growth and development;
  • Collection, processing and dissemination of legal, economic and other data of interest to creative persons;
  • Organization of cooperation between creative persons, representatives of state bodies, international organizations, foreign legal entities and individuals, scientific, educational and cultural institutions;
  • Assisting in curriculum development and training courses and seminars, including planning, marketing research, financial management, personnel management, etc .;
  • Conducting information and educational activities, as well as providing consulting, legal and other services;
  • Promoting domestic and foreign investment to finance the development of education, culture and art;
  • Raising funds on a charitable basis to fund their work and programs.

Leaders of the Organization

Chairman of the Council — Tetyana Cherep-Perohanych, poet, novelist and playwright, journalist, translator, public figure, organizer of the literary process, member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine, National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine, winner of national and international awards, author of 10 books.

Chairman of the Board — Yuri Perohanych, public figure in the field of information and communication technologies, culture and education, General Director of the Association of Information Technology Enterprises of Ukraine, initiator and co-founder of the public organization “Wikimedia Ukraine”.
